The first part of this course will explore the operations, administration, and other key functions such as leasing and tenant management of different types of properties. In the second half, a more holistic approach will be taught that provides a basis for understanding the strategies, key concepts, and practices around the management of real estate assets as investments. It will include discussions around the development of investment criteria, risk assessment and mitigation, and strategies for maximizing value and investment.
