Biography
During Paul Chaffee’s more than 20 years of Commercial Real Estate experience, and more than 36 years in Las Vegas, he has been involved in a multitude of transactions spanning apartments, vacant land, retail, industrial, taverns, and restaurant space with the main focus being on Office properties. Chaffee has extensive knowledge and experience with the local market and was part of over 100+ commercial bank-owned transactions during the difficult market years between 2009 and 2014. Unlike most brokerage teams, C Squared Real Estate Services possesses extensive experience in both leasing and sales, which provides clients with the greatest opportunity for maximizing the value of their assets.
Prior to starting C Squared Real Estate Services, Chaffee was a partner in one of the Top Producing Team for 2016, 2017, 2018 & 2019 at a highly recognized local boutique commercial real estate firm. Chaffee was also a Partner at NAI Vegas where he was a member of the NAI National Retail Group. Chaffee started his brokerage career as a Senior Advisor with Sperry Van Ness where he was recognized as the “Top 100” national producers and maintained a position in the top 10% of producers nationwide. Before his move to commercial brokerage, Chaffee was Vice President of Commercial Sales at Nevada Title Company, where he led a sales increase of 50% in revenue and raised market share to greater than 40% in the commercial arena.
Chaffee received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He holds a Nevada Real Estate Brokers License, Property Management Permit, and Business Broker Permit.
As a proud CCIM designee, Chaffee currently sits on the Southern CCIM Board as President-Elect and is on the CCIM National University Outreach Committee. Chaffee was awarded the 2021 Committee Member of the Year for his outstanding service to the Southern Nevada CCIM Chapter.
Chaffee is the 2021 honoree of the Patrick TC Smith Achievement in Service Award from the UNLV Alumni Association. “A Mentor in Real Estate Patrick T. Smith Achievement in Service Award Paul Chaffee helped revive UNLV’s Real Estate Club and has been an integral part of the Lied Center for Real Estate, working extensively to show the next generation of real estate agents the right way to do business.”
Chaffee has been a board member of the Lied Institute of Real Estate since 2006, where he has proudly served as the Membership and Mentorship Chairman. He continues to serve on the “working committee” and is a member of the UNLV Mentorship program for Real Estate. His passion for education also extends to the Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity. Chaffee is a founder of the Kappa Omicron Chapter at UNLV and was the founding president. He has served as Chapter Advisor twice and won the “Advisor of the Year” award for 3 of the 5 years during his service.
