The goal of the undergraduate program in Real Estate is to provide an environment in which students will be well-trained in all aspects of the real estate industry. The Real Estate curriculum allows students to concentrate their studies on real estate development or finance and investments.

Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Real Estate

The Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a major in Real Estate and Urban Economics, provides students with the background to become successful in all aspects of real estate, including commercial and residential sales, development, and investment. Subjects include urban planning and land-use regulation, real estate law, real estate finance, real estate investments, and appraisal.
