Biography

Robert McPeak is a Director at Fennemore and is based in the firm’s Las Vegas office. Rob’s legal knowledge in commercial real estate, project finance, construction, and business transactions is recognized in Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business, The Best Lawyers in America, National Law Journal Trailblazers, Mountain States Super Lawyers, and Vegas Inc.’s Top Lawyers in Southern Nevada. For well over a decade, Rob has been recognized with the AV Preeminent Peer Review Rating, the highest rating available, from Martindale-Hubbell.

Rob’s real estate practice encompasses every phase of property acquisition, financing, development, management, leasing, and sales. His experience extends across all commercial property types, including core retail, office, industrial, multifamily, planned communities, condominiums, mixed-use developments, casinos, hotels, and time-share projects. Additionally, Robert focuses on issues related to the advanced energy transition, and the opportunities available to his clients throughout Nevada and surrounding states concerning the development of solar, wind, and geothermal resources.

Rob’s active membership in NAIOP Southern Nevada includes serving as a Board Member and on its Programs Committee and Education Committee. He graduated from NAIOP’s Developing Leaders Institute (2013-14) and the Developing Organizational Leadership Institute (2025). He also serves as a Board Member of Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada (LACSN), after serving as its General Counsel from 2016-2023. Rob continues to advise LACSN on a pro bono basis with site acquisition, development matters, and the negotiation of design and construction contracts for the new campus for LACSN’s Resiliency & Justice Center (resiliencyandjustice.org), which will house comprehensive services and resources to support all survivors of violent crime in Nevada. Rob also serves as pro bono counsel to the Forever One Memorial (foreveronememorial.org), which, upon completion, will serve as a permanent memorial forever remembering the victims of the One October tragedy.
