Biography
Tiffany Payne is the Assistant Director of Programs & Operations for the Lied Center for Real Estate at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV). With over 20 years of experience in the education field, Tiffany brings a strong background in business administration, academic advising, and educational leadership.
She earned her B.A. in Psychology from Nevada State University and her M.S.W. from UNLV. Tiffany has also completed professional certifications, including Fostering a Culture of Belonging from the Association of College and University Educators and the Management Training Academy from UNLV.
Tiffany’s dedication and leadership have been recognized through several honors, including the 2023 Lee Business School Junior Administrative Faculty of the Year Award and the September 2025 Administrative Faculty of the Month Award. She also serves as Chair of the Women’s Council at UNLV, where she continues to champion inclusion, mentorship, and professional development across the university.
A reflection of her exceptional leadership, strategic vision, and commitment to student and institutional success, Tiffany continues to elevate the Lied Center’s programs, students, and community. She is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Educational Leadership, further advancing her passion for impactful and equitable education.
